You can delete your SamajVerse account and its personal data at any time.
In the app
- Open SamajVerse and go to Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is closed at once.
Without the app
Email support@jaimeetech.in from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you used to log in. We verify that the request comes from you and confirm by SMS or email.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photo, contact details, family details you added and your posts.
- Your matrimony profile, messages and requests.
What is kept
- Donation receipts (Pavti) already issued, which your samaj must keep for its accounts.
- Records the law requires us to keep, for the period it requires.
Personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days of your request.
